Danaher Brand Marketing Activation Specialist

the opportunity to: Execute Integrated Brand Strategy: Support the development and activation of brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and preference while ensuring brand consistency across all customer and employee touchpoints.

Develop and Scale Content & Storytelling: Create, manage, and optimize audience-centric content across digital, social, events, owned channels, and AI-powered platforms to strengthen brand engagement and impact.

Drive Digital Marketing & Performance Insights: Apply digital marketing, SEO, and AI-enabled best practices while monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and reporting on key brand and marketing metrics.

Manage Brand Activations & Cross-Functional Programs: Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, events, and internal engagement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.

Lead Marketing Operations & Project Execution: Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, competitive analysis, dashboards, and reporting to ensure efficient execution and measurable marketing ROI.

The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing platforms.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools. Experience using digital analytics, social media management, AI-enabled marketing platforms, and marketing performance reporting tools.

Requirements: Ability to travel up to 20% with US and some international travel It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience with marketing automation, CRM, social media management, or analytics platforms.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, AEO and digital marketing measurement. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content optimization platforms.

The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
