Radiology Interventional Technologist - Cath Lab

Radiology Interventional Technologist at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Full Time and will work -hour, Day shifts. Perform radiographic and related procedures to demonstrate vascular structures for interpretation and / or therapeutic intervention by, or at the request of a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist
• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist
• Radiography
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Within 1 year of hire: National Registered Technologist
• Vascular-Interventional Radiography
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS
• American Heart Association
• 1 year Diagnostic radiology experience.
• Computer entry and word processing.

Preferred

Qualifications:

• 6 months Health care setting including, but not limited to, department secretary, admitting, billing or a medical records clerical position. Why Join Providence?
