- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the brokerage and financial services industry preferred - Proficient in Microsoft applications, SharePoint, Smartsheet and BOX experience

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail - Oral and written communication skills - Proven ability to prioritize, lead and multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment - Ability to perform under pressure with competing deadlines - Handle pressure well; you will be working with the senior team on advancing initiatives based on the data and analysis you provide - Personable and reliable self-starter who requires minimal management oversight for day-to-day work
