What You'll Do Own the business: lead multi-site clinical engineering operations with full P&L accountability. Build leaders, not just teams: coach Site Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to raise performance across the board.
Set the direction: translate strategy into execution that improves uptime, compliance, and growth. Sit at the table: partner with hospital executives to solve complex challenges and expand services.

What You Need 7+ years managing in clinical engineering or a similar environment with proven business leadership (required) 3+ years leading people and developing leaders (required) Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, related field or equivalent experience (required) Strong financial management and strategic planning experience Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program although the preferred path for program graduates is to gain experience as a Site Manager first.
