Senior Technician - Data Center Batch Operations - Onsite - Scottsdale, Arizona

This position is focused on PBM Batch Operations and includes responsibilities such as monitoring and supporting IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) batch processing, performing batch job interventions, supporting mainframe operations and console monitoring, overseeing RxClaim and iSeries batch environments, coordinating disaster recovery activities, managing incident notifications and ServiceNow tickets, maintaining operational procedures, and providing 24x7 production support coverage.

The role also requires experience with scheduling tools, mainframe batch processing, secure file transfer processes, and data center operational support.

• Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Arizona Time)
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Arizona Time)

• Three 12-hour shifts (Sunday through Tuesday)
• One 6-hour shift (Wednesday)

• Must be available to work overtime as needed to provide coverage

• Monitoring and supporting IWS (IBM Workload Scheduler) batch processing.
• Batch job interventions (restart, hold, kill, force complete).

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
