Join Us as an Associate Project Manager - Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation The Associate Project Manager drives and owns country-level project delivery within the region, independently as the project lead for smaller opportunities, or reporting to the Global Project Manager for large projects. Additionally, the Associate Project Manager will own compilation tasks related to supporting overall delivery of the project (quality, time, cost) such as but not limited to: project reports, author and/or review of project plans, vendor management, management of financial activities including updates, analyses and functional lead follow-up, as needed.

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification or experience
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years). Years of experience refers to typical years of related experience needed to gain the required knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. Years of experience are not to be used as the only determining factor in establishing the job class or making employment selection decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Own project tasks and country delivery as deputised by the GPM or Oversight Director to support the cross-functional delivery of the project.
  • Independently lead smaller projects as project lead, accountable for overall delivery.
  • Provide SME input for the UK in relation to local regulations and guidance, and develop knowledge to support delivery in other countries, including but not limited to South Africa, the US, and Poland.
  • Create, track and update project plans.
  • Compile project reports and status updates.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external project team meetings.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day management of project finances including performing financial analyses, updates and provide required follow-up with functional leads when necessary.
  • Own project specific vendor management activity.
  • Bring together information from internal project functions to coordinate the execution of project deliverables.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional gathering of information for the project risk register (from initiation to closure).
  • Maintain compliance with all organization policies, SOPs, ICH- GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements.
Working Conditions and Environment:
  • Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
  • Occasional drives to site locations with occasional travel both domestic and international. Why Join Us?
