Education: High school
As a Precision Assembler you will perform assembly work in a station or line to produce medical devices in an FDA regulated and controlled environment.
1. Perform assembly-type functions, using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses consistently at or above production targets
2. Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes.
3. Inform Team Lead of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes.
5. Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment and following standard work.
6. Submit Safety Observations through Safety Program and new Ideas through Ideas Program.
7. Update the Hour by Hour Board and complete Pareto charts.
8. Meet quality assurance requirements, complete DHRs, and perform Process Monitoring.
- High school graduate/GED - Previous assembly experience with small parts required;1 year - Experience in crimping and gluing small parts; 1 year - Ability to perform material replenishment duties; 1 year - Ability to perform in-process inspections; 1 year - Ability to perform changeover for parts and equipment; 1 year - Ability to setup auto baggers and printers for new orders; 1 year

Pay range for this opportunity is $15.02 - $19.44. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
