Full job description

The Senior Manager, CVIS Supply Chain PMO is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI), design transfer, and Transfer of Work (ToW) programs across the CVIS business. This role plays a critical part in bringing new products to market and ensuring successful transitions across manufacturing sites and supplier networks while maintaining continuity of supply, quality, and operational excellence.

As a people leader, you will lead a team of program managers and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Quality teams to execute complex programs that support business growth and strategic objectives. You will drive alignment across functions, manage program risks, and ensure successful execution from planning through implementation.

- Lead end-to-end execution of design transfer activities for new product introduction programs. - Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. - Ensure manufacturing readiness through process capability development, tooling readiness, product validation, and production launch planning. - Lead Transfer of Work initiatives, including supplier transfers, manufacturing site moves, and footprint optimization projects. - Establish program scope, milestones, schedules, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery and continuity of supply. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of program leaders responsible for NPI and transfer initiatives. - Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align resources, priorities, and execution plans. - Implement program governance processes, including risk management, issue resolution, milestone tracking, and executive reporting. - Serve as the primary interface between Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams during program execution. - Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems, regulatory requirements, and validation standards. - Drive continuous improvement in program execution, operational efficiency, and cycle-time reduction. - Apply established program management frameworks, governance processes, and best practices to ensure consistent execution across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or program leadership roles. - Demonstrated experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI), design transfer, supply chain transformation, or operational transfer programs. - Proven people leadership experience, including team development and performance management. - Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments and quality management systems. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, validation methodologies, and operational readiness activities.

- Ability to lead complex, high-impact programs across multiple functions and locations. - Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization. - Skilled at balancing competing priorities while delivering business results. - Passion for developing talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $140,000.00-$210,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
