This team contributes to projects that highlight groundbreaking faculty research, student and alumni impact, institutional priorities, and thought leadership while helping strengthen the operational systems and processes that support effective communications across the GSB.
- Tool Management: Maintains project status, content tracking, schedules, deliverables, communications activities, and performance metrics in Airtable to support cross-functional coordination, reporting, and strategic planning.
- Process Management: Monitors and maintains editorial processes, documentation, and communications workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality across projects.
- Project Management: Coordinates calendars, timelines, approvals, and distribution activities to support strategic communications priorities, including editorial operations, publishing workflows, and content production across digital, print, multimedia, and institutional channels.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinates communications projects involving faculty, centers and institutes, leadership teams, vendors, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and communications partners; supports audience engagement initiatives across web, newsletters, multimedia platforms, and social channels.
- Finance & Vendor Management: Manages financial operations, vendor creations, including invoice processing, receipts, reimbursements, and payment tracking.
