JOB DESCRIPTION Position : Host/Cashier Department : Race & Sports Bar It’s great to meet you! While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.

Most of the time, you will be:

• Courteously and efficiently interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction with room service experience, in accordance with all Company standards, procedures, and policies.
• Having complete knowledge of all food and beverage menu items including their preparation, ingredients, cooking methods, portions and prices.
• Having knowledge of all service Team Members' responsibilities, including but not limited to the Room Service food servers, bus persons, and runners.
• Responsible for register bank and all money, charges and comps collected during a shift. What we can’t train is what’s inside of you. • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
• A minimum of one-year experience in a fast-paced high-energy service environment.
