The Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships will play a key role in managing and stewarding CHOC Foundation’s Children’s Miracle Networks partners. The position’s primary responsibility is to achieve organizational revenue goals through growth and support of CMN fundraising initiatives. In addition to key responsibilities, the Associate Director will implement new corporate fundraising and stewardship strategies.

• Required: Minimum four (4) years of non-profit fundraising experience or equivalent experience in corporate development, raising gifts of $10,000 or more.
• Preferred: Managing cause marketing campaigns

• Required: Ability to plan and execute fundraising initiatives from inception to completion. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Ability to write and speak in a persuasive manner. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of Raiser’s Edge.
Minimum $53,955 Midpoint $80,912 Maximum $107,890
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
