Product Owner, Technical - Workday

- Research, document and interpret functional requirements for enhancements to existing integrations/processes or - implementation of new tools/processes - Design the integrations and data flows in/out of Workday - Establish and manage relationships with Finance/Talent subject matter experts and Digital Solutions - Lead development of documentation including process flows, knowledge documents, and training materials - Identify and follow up to gain decisions on potential changes in scope and requirements

- Test case design - Scheduled and ad hoc testing and maintenance of existing integrations and business processes - Act as a Workday tester as new technology tools are developed and evaluated - Complete testing for Workday integrations requiring UAT testing and signoff - Document and sharing testing results

- Assess the need for change and develop solutions to solve business problems - Issue identification and follow up with the engagement teams and other escalations as necessary - Escalation point for Level 3 support ticket follow up when assigned including communications and alignment with Digital Solutions

- Mentoring of Digital Solutions Team Members - Build and leverage internal and external networks - Actively contributing to the development and improvement of Workday team processes

- Bachelor's degree in business or technology required - SAFe/Agile Certifications - Workday Certifications - Integration Experience

- Strong oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization - Genuine interest and strong aptitude for use of technology - Strong technical expertise in MS Office suite

- Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience required - Prior public accounting experience with a mid to large size firm(s) or other professional services experience required - Prior management experience working within a Workday environment
