As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support employers, verifiers, and employees while delivering exceptional service through our employment and income verification solutions. You will work remotely and report to the Associate Director of CS-EVH.

What you'll do
  • Follow stringent data security policies and processes while handling sensitive user information.
  • Work with users by phone and email, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving questions.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information needed to address and resolve user inquiries and concerns.
  • Authenticate, upload, and process user authorization forms, verification requests, and related documentation.
  • Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource.
  • Manage user accounts and maintain accurate records of user interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, concerns, and actions taken.
  • Perform administrative tasks associated with daily responsibilities and complete additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to support issue resolution and service delivery.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure inquiries have been fully addressed and resolved.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications and basic web functions
  • Experience communicating through email
  • knowledge of administrative procedures
  • numeric, oral and written language applications
  • product knowledge
