Staffing Coordinator - Float Pool

Under the direction of Supervisor, Provides staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed staff roles. You will verify licenses, and certification. You will serve as a liaison between the nursing administration department, and other hospital departments in assisting nursing administration with reports, staffing variances, and scheduling and actively participating in recruitment activities for nursing services.

- Provide staffing and scheduling support to nursing leaders for licensed healthcare staff under the direction of the Supervisor. - Verify and maintain records of employee licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements to ensure compliance. - Serve as a liaison between Nursing Administration and other hospital departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination. - Assist Nursing Administration in preparing reports, monitoring staffing variances, and supporting workforce scheduling activities. - Participate in recruitment efforts for nursing services, including candidate engagement and staffing support initiatives. - Other duties as assigned

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent - Experience:

- Must be familiar with medical terminology, and - have experience with the use of a computer.
