Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, stock areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
