Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and selected shipments in accordance with site procedures, escalating prohibited items, suspicious activity, and access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
Monitor access points and verify credentials or authorization for entry to restricted areas, helping to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
