Full job description

Responsible for leading and managing corporate finance-related activities, including evaluating and executing financing and other transactions in banking and capital markets, oversight of the company's capital structure and managing global interest rate and foreign exchange exposures.

- Develop global strategies to optimize the company's capital structure and reduce its overall financing cost. - Assist with managing the company's debt portfolio, including an ABL credit facility, and various tranches of secured and unsecured debt. - Analyze and evaluate global financing opportunities in the bank and capital markets, including debt issuances, repurchases and other liability management transactions.

Monitor markets, develop financial strategies and present recommendations. - Evaluate and hedge interest rate and foreign exchange exposures, including the execution and management of related derivatives. - Prepare, update and maintain ISDA agreements and other necessary documentation with derivative counterparties. - Partner with the tax department and local finance teams to analyze and evaluate global organizational structure initiatives and repatriation strategies. - Expand equipment financing and leasing alternatives and evaluate related proposals. - Prepare presentations for rating agencies, Board of Directors, and investors. - Review rating agency reports and analyses and provide support for related requests. - Develop debt and liquidity projections. - Assist with analysis and oversight of retirement plans. - Work with the accounting department to meet responsibilities for monthly and quarterly financial reporting. - Manage other corporate finance projects and develop various analyses and support, as required.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; MBA with concentration in finance - preferred - Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible finance experience, including at least 5 years - of corporate treasury experience with a multinational company - Experience with negotiating and closing financing transactions - Experience with FX hedging and execution - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities - Highly organized and detailed oriented with solid project management skills - Strong written and verbal communications skills

RRD's current salary range for this role is $156,700 to $250,700 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location.

Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
