Senior Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to play a crucial role in managing accounting processes and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Working closely with the FP&A team to ensure accurate accruals and capitalization. This person is responsible for activities related to the general ledger, month-end close, and annual financial audit.

The successful candidate will be dedicated, trustworthy, detail-oriented and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar degree

• Possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls processes

• Positive attitude, team player and ability to quickly adapt to changes

• Excellent Excel skills
• Big four and/or public company accounting experience

• SAP, Ariba, Oracle
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information weekly

• Prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to insure accuracy in accruals

• Continuously assess and improve accounting systems and processes
