The Data Analytics and Operations team is responsible for transforming enterprise data into strategic insights that guide critical business decisions across the organization. This team plays a central role in connecting data assets with business intelligence platforms to ensure leaders have accurate, actionable information that supports global growth initiatives.

The group consists of experienced analysts and operations specialists who collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the company. With a strong focus on scalability, governance, and operational efficiency, the team ensures that data remains accessible, secure, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

Lead the strategy and execution of the company's data analytics and operations roadmap to align enterprise data capabilities with corporate growth objectives. Oversee the delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions to ensure organizational data is accurate, accessible, and effectively used to inform strategic decision-making.

Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define key performance indicators and deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience. Establish and enforce global data governance and compliance standards to maintain data integrity, privacy, and regulatory alignment.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of analytics and operations professionals while evolving scalable reporting frameworks and data-driven business processes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field

10-12+ years of experience in business intelligence, strategic data analytics, or operations management

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role managing analytics or operations teams

Demonstrated experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI, including SQL-based reporting

Experience managing large-scale business operations, process improvement initiatives, and performance benchmarking programs

Experience in the networking, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or telecommunications industry

Experience in predictive modeling, market analysis, or AI-driven business forecasting

The starting salary range posted for this position is $220,300.00 to $283,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
