Your Role:

As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, identify, and hire top talent that supports the Company's rapid business growth. This role focuses on proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will serve as a strategic recruiting partner by building strong talent pipelines, identifying high-quality candidates, and driving efficient hiring processes across robotics, consumer electronics, and other key business functions.

Key
Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.

- Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on robotics, consumer electronics, engineering, and technical positions.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.

- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborate with HR BP , hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate efficient hiring decisions.

- Track recruiting activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and generate recruiting reports using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and networking activities as needed.

- Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes to enhance hiring quality, speed, and efficiency.

- Stay informed about market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring activities within the robotics and consumer electronics industries.

Basic
Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-5 years of recruiting experience in an executive search firm, recruiting agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.

- Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting for robotics, consumer electronics, automotive, hardware, software, engineering, or other technology-related positions.

- Communication: Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

- Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

- Technology: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting tools.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing business priorities.

Preferred
Qualifications:

- Experience recruiting for robotics, AI, autonomous driving, electric vehicle (EV), or consumer electronics companies.

- Previous experience in an executive search firm or technology recruiting agency.

- Experience hiring both technical and business professionals.

- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and recruiting best practices.

- Experience supporting high-growth startups or rapidly scaling organizations.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
