Global Head, Business Continuity

we are looking for with this role:

- Bachelor's degree and professional certifications to include one or more of the following; CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional, MBCP (Master Business Continuity Professional), MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute) - 10+ years proven experience on Global or Enterprise-level Resiliency Program (Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery) at a Fortune 500 company - Experience building, facilitating, and measuring effective Crisis Management, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery plans and testing programs based on industry and regulatory standards - Resiliency thought leadership, best practice awareness, and demonstrated ability to translate into operational enablement - Proven experience partnering with leaders across lines of business to secure organizational commitment and resources on strategic initiatives - Cyber Resiliency (Backup, Archive, Ransomware) governance, testing, and best practices - Third-Party Risk & Resiliency Planning

- Experience with resilient system architecture, high availability, cloud, managed services, and emerging technology solutions - Process automation and Artificial Intelligence a plus

Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $148,750 - $192,500
