- A hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, supporting a sustainable and productive balance between collaboration and focused work.

- Exposure to a global network of UX, technology, analytics, and fintech partners, broadening your professional reach and the scale of your product impact.

- Access to continuous learning and professional development opportunities within one of the world's leading financial institutions.

- A performance-driven team culture where your contributions are visible, your decisions matter, and career progression is tied to the outcomes you deliver.

- Comprehensive wellbeing and financial benefits as part of Citi's employee value proposition, designed to support you at every stage of your career.
