EHS Specialist-Environmental Site Manager

- Manage environmental compliance programs and regulatory requirements across assigned facilities.

- Lead regulatory inspections and serve as the primary contact for environmental agencies.

- Conduct Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), compliance audits, and risk assessments.

- Investigate environmental incidents and drive corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance related to:

- Fuel storage tanks

- Generators

- Hazardous materials and waste

- Batteries and universal waste

- Air emissions

- Water discharge and stormwater regulations

- Construction-related environmental requirements

- Deliver environmental compliance training and support emergency response activities.

- Provide environmental guidance to operations, engineering, construction, and leadership teams.

- Experience managing environmental compliance programs in a regulated environment.

- Knowledge of environmental regulations governing hazardous materials, waste, air emissions, water compliance, and fuel storage systems.

- Experience conducting audits, inspections, investigations, or environmental assessments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a geographically dispersed territory.

- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Environmental certifications or advanced environmental compliance training.

- Experience within telecommunications, utilities, construction, industrial, or facilities operations.

- Knowledge of California environmental regulations.

- Experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.

- Experience with Copilot preferred
