- Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
- Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification

- Process Orientation & Safety Compliance
- Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.
- Product Knowledge & Installation Services
- Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
- Diagnostics Support
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
