Main responsibilities:

Enterprise Talent & Program Leadership
  • Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide talent management programs, with a strong emphasis on leadership potential assessment, talent reviews, and succession planning.

Strategic Talent Consulting
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders on applying organizational talent and performance philosophies.
  • Translate data insights and industry best practices into actionable recommendations that strengthen leadership capability and organizational effectiveness

Process Optimization
  • Contribute to the evolution of talent and succession planning philosophy, strategy, and tools.
  • Develop tools, frameworks, and assessments that enable leaders to make informed, consistent leadership potential and succession-related decisions

Change Leadership
  • Build and execute change strategies that guide stakeholders through adoption and sustainment of new and/or evolving talent programs.
  • Develop and deliver change plans—including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness evaluations, training, and communications—to ensure smooth transitions and long-term success.

Talent Analytics & Insights
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, diagnose gaps, measure program effectiveness, and inform enterprise talent strategy.

Coaching & Capability Building
  • Coach HR business partners and leaders on talent philosophy.
  • Strengthen talent acumen across the organization through guidance, tools, and thought partnership.

Needs Assessment & Solution Design
  • Partner with business units to assess talent needs and develop resources aligned with enterprise talent strategy.

Talent Management Generalist Support
  • Provide expertise and support across the broader talent portfolio, including process design, program execution, and peak-cycle operations.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Deep knowledge of talent management methodologies and philosophies.
  • Proven ability to translate talent strategy into practical, scalable business solutions.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and collaboration skills, especially in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
  • Excellence in process design, project management, change management, and analytical thinking.
  • High integrity, sound judgment, and alignment with ACI’s values.
  • Ability to operate as an advanced individual contributor with minimal direction.
  • Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • High attention to detail.

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

  • 7 plus years of experience leading or implementing talent and performance management programs, ideally in a matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with a related degree (e.g. Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Industrial / Organizational Psychology); Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with systems thinking and/or design thinking
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time (may vary depending on base location)
