Securities Services Business Manager - Senior Associate

As an Associate in Securities Services Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will support the Funds Services Technology and Product teams by driving key strategic initiatives and managing vendor relationships. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping to identify and mitigate business risks while finding opportunities for improvement.

• Manage and maintain vendor databases and contracts, including approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reporting
• Lead monthly vendor governance meetings with technology, product, finance, and controllers, providing analysis and reporting
• Contribute to annual planning, financial forecasting, and reporting, and coordinate materials for business reviews and scorecards
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for product and senior management, especially during planning cycles
• Collaborate across teams to support weekly and monthly processes, including forecasting, accruals, and other initiatives
• Present data and analytics clearly, accurately, and on time
• Ensure data integrity across systems by resolving discrepancies
• Foster a culture of partnership and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analytics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Access
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Prior experience in a Business Management or COO role
• Experience supporting multiple lines of business or working in a dynamic environment
