Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Operations Excellence. The following role is posted in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) for the Operational Excellence Team. Operations Excellence Maintenance & Enhancements (M&E) Team , a dedicated team focused on supporting, sustaining, monitoring, and optimizing our automation portfolio in production.

This team will provide centralized ownership of maintenance and enhancements, production support, demand intake, operational governance, monitoring, and reporting across all Operations Excellence automations, regardless of technology or delivery team. Our Mission The M&E Team exists to ensure our automation solutions remain stable, compliant, efficient, and continue delivering value long after implementation.

By centralizing operational ownership, we can improve reliability, accelerate enhancements, strengthen governance, and maximize the business value of our automation investments.

- Develop and lead redesign initiatives that encompass analyses and future state redesigns - Manage assigned complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments to identify risks - Complete and lead integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions - Consult with team to understand, influence, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration, drive results, and bring issues to resolution - Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives - Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance

requirements - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals - Interact with internal customers - Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

- 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

- Experience in Process Engineering, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

- Process Engineering, Technology, Automation, or Operations background. - Experience developing low-code/no-code automation solutions. - Knowledge of Power Platform, Alteryx, workflow technologies, and automation tools. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. - Experience supporting production environments and operational processes.

- Build and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Alteryx, Low-Code Workflow Framework (LWFF), and related technologies. - Implement configuration changes, enhancements, and break-fix requests. - Perform proactive platform maintenance and upgrade validation activities. - Ensure automation solutions remain stable, scalable, and compliant. - Solution Support

- Investigate and resolve production defects. - Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions. - Execute testing and validation activities for enhancements and upgrades. - Coordinate deployments and release management activities. - Continuous Improvement

- Identify automation optimization opportunities. - Reduce operational defects and recurring incidents. - Improve platform reliability and user experience.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $87,000.00 - $140,000.00
