Associate, Store Display / Remodel Traveling Team

Requirements: Ability to travel up to 100% of the time to specific project locations. Overnight travel is required. Work projects typically run on 10 consecutive day schedules.

Associates should expect to work up to 10 consecutive days for each project, unless state specific rest periods apply. Must be able to travel including driving and flying. Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Must be able to work non-traditional hours. Physical

Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to climb, walk and stand for extended periods of time. Other Skills/Knowledge: Effective communication skills Ability to work well with an ever-changing team.

Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment; and must be able to adapt quickly to change. Strong project skills, with the ability to work multiple, complex projects. Knowledge of sequencing and merchandising preferred Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see implications and provide solutions and recommendations. Must be able to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across all levels.

Ability to manage personal and company expenses due to travel. Equipment

Requirements: Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably within the retail industry. Prefer full time or part time retail store management experience.
