As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Retail Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Birmingham, AL.

As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant supporting Consumer Credit Card Finance, you will serve as a strategic finance and analytics partner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and finance stakeholders to deliver data driven insights that inform strategy, optimize investments, and drive disciplined decision making across the credit card portfolio.

-Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate business cases, product initiatives, and portfolio strategies. -Measure performance against approved business cases and track returns on investment. -Perform proactive, value based analysis to identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations and alternative solutions. -Synthesize complex financial and analytical findings into clear insights and present observations, recommendations, and impacts to leadership. -Leverage Tableau and other analytical tools to translate data into concise, actionable visualizations. -Gain exposure to multiple areas within Consumer Credit Card finance while collaborating closely with cross functional partners and teammates.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, effective stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.

- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions. - Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development. - Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements. - Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making. - Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
