Project Finance Analyst I/II

Assist with origination, structuring and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership and loan transactions working effectively with PF Originations and Structuring teams. Work with Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management and Operations to process transactions and manage client experience.

1. Work with Origination and Structuring teams on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring and execution 2. Complete client pitch materials, proposals, terms sheets, and transaction screening materials 3.

Complete pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, comparable transaction/relative value analysis
