About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re: Independently licensed and living in Iowa — LMHC, LMFT, LISW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist) Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors Compensation Up to $40,000 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
