Principal Healthcare Compliance Manager, Healthcare Compliance Office (HCO) Advisory

- Acting as a primary consultant and point-of-contact for compliance questions

- Developing relationships and providing guidance across function

- Maintaining expertise in healthcare compliance legislation and industry practices

- Advising Roche global partners on US changes and Genentech's strategy

- Leading or participating in large, complex cross-functional projects

- 7 or more years of work experience with JD (including 5+ direct experience) ; OR

- 12 or more years of work experience (including 10+ direct experience) in a legal or corporate compliance group in the bio/pharma/DIA industry advising/leading project teams in design, development and implementation of elements of a corporate compliance program or projects with significant organizational impact

This role is located onsite at Genentech's South San Francisco, California campus.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $176,500 to $327,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
