Customer Service Representative

We are looking to hire two Customer Service Representatives with staggered schedules:

- Shift Option 1: 6:00/6:30 AM - 2:30/3:00 PM

- Shift Option 2: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidates must be available for the full coverage window of 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM . Preference selection will be discussed during interviews.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

- 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, supply chain, or similar industry.

- Experience in order entry, vendor coordination, or purchasing support strongly preferred.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience managing customer interactions via phone and email.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

- AS400 or ERP experience preferred

- Industry experience in metal, glass, hardware, or related building products is a significant plus.
