Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor registrations, and contractor authorization in accordance with established procedures.
Operate access-control systems, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and escalating concerns as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate facilities, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
