Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and community members while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support an orderly learning environment.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to school representatives and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
