Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed company goals
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining product quality and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store profitability
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of staff members
Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategies for improving store performance
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement
Step in for the General Manager when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or food service management
Proven track record of leadership and team management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
