Full job description

The Samsara sales team continues to grow at an astonishing rate and we need a seasoned enablement professional who can uplevel our Customer Success and Renewals onboarding programs. This high-impact role will be instrumental in accelerating time to productivity by ensuring every new hire has the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated skill set for building training for in-person and virtual audiences, a track record of cross-functional collaboration, and talent for change management within a fast-paced Sales environment.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

- Partner with front-line managers and Directors to uplevel existing Customer Success and Implementations Enablement programs.

- Design an ongoing enablement program that is scalable, engaging for remote audiences and informed by industry best practices.

- Build multi-model training content including eLearning, virtual workshops, AI-led activities.

- Continuously improve training content with data-driven insights, learner feedback and alignment to internal product and process changes

- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

- 3-5 years of experience developing, coordinating and facilitating training sessions for audiences of 20+ learners (virtual and/or live)

- Demonstrable experience building educational curriculum that effectively guides learners through their learning journey.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts using clear and concise language.

- Experience implementing modern learning theories and methodologies.

- Works well under pressure in a fast paced, high exception environment.

- Has a background in CS, Professional Services, Account Management, Operations, or Program Management
