- Partner with Creative Directors and Project Managers to define intent, brief teams, and deliver marketing that cuts through the noise.
- Design creative for a range of digital channels, including paid social, display, email, web and SEM, with a keen attention to detail and high bar for creative excellence.
- Be a creative leader amongst your team of Art Directors and Copywriters (including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies).
- Collaborate with marketing strategists and internal business clients to positively influence marketing strategy and the customer experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
- Present and influence with a convincing and inspiring style to increase buy-in and open the door for new opportunities - both for your team and department.
- Mentor and build expertise in your craft with your peers and team members.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines and workstreams autonomously at the same time.

Candidates must provide a portfolio of their creative work for consideration
- At least 2 years of experience leading creative teams or projects in an agency or in house brand environment
- Experience in digital design software (such as Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience in storyboarding, motion graphics or video production
- Experience with premarket and in market testing tools (such as Usertesting.com or Zappi)
- Experiencing leveraging GAI solutions for creative development, scale and optimization
