Position Summary As a Workday Reporting Analyst you will be part of Agilent's Global HR Digital Team within HR Shared Services, supporting our Workday platform across 30+ countries. You'll partner closely with all aspects of HR (HR Business, COEs, and HR Operations), along with Finance and IT with the focus on delivering and standardizing operational reporting through Workday.

We're looking for someone with hands on Workday Reporting experience with a understanding of the nuances with the Workday data model. Strong understanding of Workday security model, including domain security, role-based access, and secure handling of sensitive HR data. Above all, we want someone who is passionate about HR processes, data and insight through Workday.

Key Responsibilities Design and deliver advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending) and dashboards to support strategic decision-making Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic using deep knowledge of Workday business objects and data sources Own and evolve global HR reporting governance, including report inventory, standards, certification, and access controls Ensure all reporting solutions meet data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., pay transparency, workforce reporting) Partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions Enable self-service reporting through standardized dashboards, discovery boards, and training Maintain audit-ready documentation for all critical reports and reporting processes Continuously assess and optimize reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility Location: Remote Spain Qualifications What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, with deep expertise in Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports Advanced proficiency in calculated fields, business objects, and Workday data architecture Strong understanding of Workday security model and data access controls Proven ability to design scalable reporting solutions aligned to global HR data standards Experience supporting regulatory and compliance reporting (e.g., pay equity, workforce disclosures) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional stakeholders Familiarity with Workday Prism, Discovery Boards, or external BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus How You Work (Mindsets & Behaviors) Applies a strong customer mindset, using feedback and real usage insights to continuously improve Workday solutions.

Education Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field. Experience 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in geographically distributed teams. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.

It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
