Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager with strong business acumen to drive growth across the Cellular and Molecular Research (CMR) portfolio. This role is responsible for owning a defined territory, managing key customer relationships, and delivering revenue against assigned targets within all markets.
The Account Manager will lead the overall sales strategy for their territory, identifying and advancing opportunities across instruments and consumables while ensuring strong customer engagement and long-term account development. This role is highly customer-facing and requires the ability to influence buying decisions, navigate sales cycles, and consistently execute against revenue and pipeline objectives.
The successful candidate will operate with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with Product Specialists, Field Application Scientists, and cross-functional partners to deliver customer solutions and drive cross-product line growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent 4+ years relevant experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables within molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows Strong knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and navigate sales cycles Proven ability to identify and drive cross-product line opportunities to maximize account growth Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and opportunity progression Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.

In the US, this position is eligible for choice of company car or reimbursement for personal vehicle usage. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $177,210.00 - $295,350.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
