Full job description

The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Intuitive's sales and marketing initiatives by owning the logistics, coordination, and facilitation of system and product demo programs. This individual will work cross-functionally with diverse internal/external stakeholders not limited to sales, marketing, customer training, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless program execution across the U.S.

Success in this role requires exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Supports local market development events hosted by our sales and marketing teams. Includes partnering with sales reps to coordinate resources to ensure events are well executed

- Assists in coordinating for Intuitive's mobile system program to efficiently and effectively support sales events and marketing symposia

- Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts

- Maintains inventory of instruments and accessories and coordinates shipments to/from sales and marketing events throughout the country

- Support the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as reporting packages, performance reports, and dashboard/tool updates

- This person must display excellent organizational skills, preparation skills, problem solving skills, customer service skills, and communication skills

- Detail-oriented, organized and takes initiative; looking for a team player who comes with a problem-solving mindset

- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

- Customer Service; orientation to resolve problems for the customer and ability to gain a yes

- Ability to multitask and seamlessly move from task to task in a fast-paced environment

- Computer proficiency; ability to edit and update Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) , Tableau, SQL, Snowflake and Salesforce

- Strong English language skills - ability to articulate and communicate (both written and verbal) in a way others can easily understand using different communication methods

- Ability to be level headed and resilient while resolving conflict

- Bachelor's degree required; Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field with relevant job experience a plus

- Experience with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau, SQL) a plus

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target base compensation ranges are listed.
