Basic
Qualifications: - Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 8 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master's degree AND 6 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Ph.D. AND 4 years of related professional/military experience. - Must have an active US Government Top Secret clearance + SCI (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation). - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs. - Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems - Computer Network hardware/software configuration experience - Familiarity with Linux command line - Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include pre-planned extended shifts, holidays, and weekends
Preferred
Qualifications: - Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance. - Ability to read/understand engineering blueprints/drawings (electrical interconnect, equipment rack) - Must be able to obtain/maintain IAT Level 2 Security Certification (Security +, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP,GSEC, SSCP) or IAT DoD level 3 (CASP, CCNP-Security, CISA, CISSP,GCED, GCIH) or able to obtain and maintain within 6 months of start date - Experience with Line-of-sight and Beyond Line-of-Sight Radio Frequency systems - Experience with USG aircraft operations - Familiarity with Crew Resource Management - Ability to read and understand network configurations (Routing protocols, network address translations, multicast) - Virtualization Experience (VMware VSphere) - Knowledge of Flight Test Operations - Experience with systems test processes Primary Level Salary Range: $129,300.00 - $193,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
