Full job description

Basic
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience as defined below , OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience as defined below - Related experience includes project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions - Extensive experience with cost management, variance analysis, and staffing - Experience developing customer relationships within the defense industry - Experience with Agile development or fast-paced research and development - Experience leading RFI, RFP, IDIQ, or FOPR responses and developing compelling proposal offerings - Current, active U.S. government Secret security clearance - Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance and Special Access Program (SAP)

Qualifications:

- Active U.S. government Top-Secret Clearance - Active SCI - Active SAP clearance - Experience with Earned Value Management - Experience with Risk Management - Experience presenting to executive leadership and customers - Experience managing Software or Systems Engineering teams - Experience with Government Reference Architectures or Modular Open Systems Approach - Technical experience in AI, Mission Autonomy, GN&C, Mission Systems, Avionics, Vehicle Management Systems, Flight Autonomy, and/or Human Machine Interfaces - International business capture and execution experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $193,000.00 - $289,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
