Basic

Qualifications: - Principal Systems Engineer 3 - Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline AND 5 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline AND 3 Years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a PhD in a STEM discipline AND in a STEM discipline AND 1 Year of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering - Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance - Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance - Experience in at least one aspect of aerospace Systems Engineering, including requirements decomposition, test planning, requirements verification, integration, and requirements management - Experience with Scrum Team execution and/or Agile execution - Sr.

Principal Systems Engineer 4 - Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline AND 8 years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline AND 6 Years of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering, OR a PhD in a STEM discipline AND in a STEM discipline AND 4 Year of related professional/military experience in Systems Engineering - Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance - Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance - Experience in at least one aspect of aerospace Systems Engineering, including requirements decomposition, test planning, requirements verification, integration, and requirements management - Experience with Scrum Team execution and/or Agile execution

Preferred

Qualifications: - Scrum Master Certification - Experience with Atlassian Tools & Python or other scripting language - Experience with requirement decomposition and traceability from System to Unit/Supplier Specifications - Experience with software development - Experience with HW/SW integration testing - Experience with managing suppliers with technical requirements and verification expectations - Experience with DOORS DXL and DOORS administration - Experience with Cameo - Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment software development for Aircraft Sustainment efforts - Experience with Project Management - Active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation - Active SAP clearance Primary Level Salary Range: $93,900.00 - $174,500.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
