Basic

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years' of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Project Management related experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years' of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Project Management related experience 2 years of proven experience leading teams and/or projects.

Experience Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc). Ability to Travel 25% domestically to support business need. Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Special Program access within a reasonable amount of time as required by the business.

Preferred

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field. Aerospace manufacturing experience 2 years of shop floor operations support experience. Knowledge of Project Management principles and experience utilizing them professionally.

Active DoD Secret Clearance. In scope Program Access Primary Level Salary Range: $133,100.00 - $199,700.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
