Lead Technical Recruiter

Veho is looking for a Lead Technical Recruiter to build our hiring pipeline across our engineering, product, and data science teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, owning the pipeline from sourcing through offer. You'll partner directly with hiring managers across the company and become a strategic partner for technical hiring judgment.

You'll be focused on building the technical bench that powers Veho's engineering, product, and data organizations as we grow.

- Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines for engineering, product, and data science roles

- Own the candidate experience end to end, from first outreach through offer

- Run technical and recruiter screens that filter for depth, process diligence, and communication before candidates advance to hiring manager rounds

- Build a bench of strong recruiting talent for future needs, even when someone isn't an immediate fit

- Help maintain and refine domain-specific case studies for engineering, product, and data science in partnership with hiring managers

- Coordinate logistics for case study delivery and panel debriefs

- Keep candidate tracking and documentation clean and current in our applicant tracking system

- Track a separate pipeline of backup recruiting talent for future needs

- Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels across engineering, product, and data science to keep the process moving quickly

- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across engineering, product, and/or data science.

- Experience recruiting at a tech startup, or at a large company with a genuinely modern, well-built technical recruiting function.

- Experience giving hiring managers direct, confident feedback on candidate readiness.

- History of leading with data to be a strategic partner to your hiring managers.

- Passion for process hygiene and finding great candidates to raise the bar.

- Ownership of your pipelines. You'd rather build a pipeline from scratch than wait on inbound applicants.

- A track record of independently screening for technical depth.

- Experience integrating and building with AI Tools into the recruiting process.

- Some exposure to mentoring or team lead responsibilities. This role has real potential to grow into a player-coach position leading a small team as we scale, for the right person
