Experience: 5+ years
- Coordinate end-to-end application penetration testing activities, including intake, scheduling, readiness validation, testing support, remediation tracking, and retesting. - Partner with application teams to gather required documentation, credentials, environment access, and assessment prerequisites. - Serve as the primary liaison between testers, application teams, security stakeholders, and technology partners. - Facilitate discussions around vulnerabilities, findings, remediation plans, and testing outcomes. - Act as Product Owner for ServiceNow workflows supporting penetration testing operations. - Manage assessment metrics, governance reporting, executive communications, and delivery status updates. - Lead Agile work intake, prioritization, dependency management, and issue escalation activities. - Drive operational excellence by improving processes, forecasting delivery capacity, and ensuring consistent execution across the program.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code-centric agents) - Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting - Apply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutions - Understand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations - Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments - Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and delivery timelines - Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences - Experience using workflow and project management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms - Ability to analyze issues, manage risks, coordinate remediation efforts, and drive work to completion
- Exposure to Application Security, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, or Cybersecurity programs - Understanding of application security assessment lifecycles and vulnerability remediation processes - Experience supporting governance, compliance, metrics reporting, or executive-level communications
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. - Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote. - This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $119,000.00 - $206,000.00
