Senior Resident Care Director (RN) - Senior Living

What You'll Do: - Provide strategic leadership for resident care and manage the nursing team in accordance with state/provincial regulations - Perform and oversee resident assessments, ISPs and clinical documentation - Partner with physicians, pharmacists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care - Lead medication management, training and performance oversight of care staff - Track, trend and report clinical quality data; lead QAPI and risk mitigation initiatives - Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial and OSHA regulations - Manage department budget, labor and staffing schedules - Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate clinical team members - Support infection control and serve as ICC/CLIA Director as applicable Senior Resident Care Director (RN) - Lead Clinical Excellence and Deliver High-Quality Resident Care Director of Nursing | RN | Senior Living | Clinical Leadership | Nursing Management | Resident Care Pay Range: 78,100.00 - 120,100.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
