Lead Care Manager - Senior Living

What You'll Do: - Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage - Provide hands-on ADL support when needed - Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards - Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP) - Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly - Support onboarding and mentor new team members - Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.
