Executive Director - Senior Living

What You'll Do: - Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance - Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning - Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals - Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members - Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence - Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards - Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins - Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources - Lead team engagement, culture and performance management What You'll Bring: - Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience - Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance - Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills - Experience leading teams and managing performance - Sales and customer relationship experience preferred - Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills - Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams Executive Director - Lead Community Operations and Drive Growth and Resident Experience Executive Director | Senior Living | General Manager | P&L | Operations Leadership | Healthcare Operations | Community Leadership Pay Range: 144,560.00 - 206,752.00 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
